Grow in knowledge
"Exploration, curiosity and desire to learn must form a basis for the school's activities" (Lgr 11). We work to ensure that every student get to develop their knowledge as far as possible.
Grow in creativity
Aesthetic expressions and creative ways of working are used in our teaching to stimulate the student's creativity and provide more inputs to knowledge.
Grow as a fellow human being
"The school must promote the understanding of other people and the ability to empathize. Care for the individual's well-being and development must characterize the operation." (Lgr 11). We want to promote a confiding climate where trusting relationships between students and staff contribute to a safe learning environment. All students should feel loved and valued, not for what they do but for who they are.
Grow in responsibility
Our goal is that each student takes personal responsibility for their studies and their work environment. Influence is adjusted according to the student's age and maturity. Responsibility and influence prepare students to live and work in society as democratic citizens. Student influence promotes the pupils' ability to take personal responsibility and increases the desire to learn.
