The fundamental rule is that all students have the right to security and peace of mind, both in the classroom and during breaks. The right to safety and a peaceful working environment also means a joint obligation to respect classmates' needs for safety, silence and peace and quiet. With this common rule as a basis, the class mentor and the students work together to develop the rules that will apply in the classroom and during the breaks.
